Hiring very easy and very good, we received information that it was for delivery, but we did not receive confirmation that it was actually delivered. Could you please confirm that it was delivered on time, before the person left the hospital? Thank you!

Good morning. The gift was delivered very early in the morning and the notice reached me in the afternoon. The shopping experience was easy. It could be an improvement to be able to choose a delivery time slot in case the customer prefers to choose a later delivery time. In my case, they were asleep at the time of delivery. Thank you very much and best regards.

Very friendly on the phone and fast and efficient service, suggestions for improvement: -More beige options for the personalized layette -It is not intuitive to add the layette or basket at the end of the process. I had to call because I thought I was not doing it right.
