Good telephone service, great website, and from now on, once the website is working, it will be even better to be able to visualize the status of the shipment.

Overall happy, I had to make a layette to my liking because being twins did not leave me the option to buy the one they had made. I took what I liked the most and they had the detail to call me to suggest a change and also put two pairs of booties that came as a gift. Very nice

we do not receive an e-mail when the order has been delivered, we only find out because the person sends us a message thanking us for the detail.

Quality products, good service, good shipping service. The price is a little expensive for the product, although elegant and beautiful. I recommend it to fulfill a commitment where you will always look good. High quality and you could improve a little the price or offers.

Yes, overall very good service. I suggest that they deliver on weekends, and at least Friday afternoon and Saturday morning because in the event that the mother gives birth on a Friday, she could be discharged on Sunday or Monday morning in which case the gift would not arrive on time.

The experience has been phenomenal. Especially shown in when one has a problem. I had a problem with my bill and the assistance was fast, but most of all friendly. This is what makes a great customer experience. Thank you!
