Everything was great, but to make the best out of it, in case of delay it is important to let them know, and on the other hand, to notify them at the very moment the gift was delivered to be attentive to the future gratitude of the parents. Thank you

I am very happy with the service. I live in France, my order has arrived to my friend in Mallorca even earlier than I expected. Very easy to order on the web and great quality of the products.

Good afternoon, I do not know if it is available but we have encountered the problem, and I tell you as advice, we understand the situation. And it is that we wanted to make two gifts to two different children, so we ordered two products, we did not know that everything would come in one and we will have to separate it.

I have made a number of purchases with you and so far always very satisfactory. I have only noticed in this last order, that there was no option to send it with the hat box. I do not know if there is no longer that possibility but if so it would be a shame.
