The shopping experience was very good. The chat helps a lot in the doubts. As a point of improvement between the message that it was going to be delivered already (8 am) and the delivery (8 pm) a lot of time passed. In fact I had doubts that there had been a problem in the delivery. Maybe some kind of tracking would be nice

The truth is that everything was super fast and the shipment within the deadline that you mark, the only thing that as a mother I did not like is that the pacifier does not have a nipple protector! Personally, I always try to buy pacifiers for my children that do have a nipple protector for safety.
