We ordered a car seat on this site. Payment was made by bank transfer. We transferred the money quite quickly after our bank registered the bank details. No email, nothing. A week later, the status of our order was 'waiting for transfer'. First email, we were confirmed that our package would be shipped within 3 days... 1 week and 3 days later, no package. Still 'waiting for transfer'. Second email and quite a comical response: 'we will check tomorrow if we have received your transfer'... Third email (from us of course), 2 days later, they realized that our transfer had been made but there was no more stock... We will have to wait another good month! In short... We finally have our car seat!! We had planned ahead, the baby won't arrive for another month. But not serious at all! And on top of that, liars!

I ordered the car seat the one bebe2luxe and I am delighted! Order received in less than a week, quality is there and assembly is very easy with the isofix system (just read the instructions well) I recommend this site and this car seat :)
