I only give 3 stars because of the disastrous delivery by GLS. There were several days of delivery delay due to the lack of professionalism of the delivery person. In the end, my package was delivered on our trash bins outside our home. This is unacceptable considering we paid €8.90 for delivery fees.
The ALPHA swing (violet color) that we received is perfect, it is an excellent quality/price ratio. It assembles very quickly and easily. It is even better than the swings of the same type from the brand 4Moms which are much more expensive and that babies tolerate poorly..... So I recommend this product but be careful with the delivery by GLS.

I received a defective seat, knowing that they do not accept returns in apartments but only in houses, I had to arrange for the return to be made at someone else's place. Moreover, I had to follow up 3 times with customer service because they were not able to provide me with a quick return, and I was told that my seat model was out of stock while it is available for order on the site. I made a complaint for a commercial gesture hoping it will be favorable knowing that this is the second time I buy from them. I am disappointed with customer service.

Indeed, returns of bulky packages are complicated, home pickups are only possible if you live in a villa/house, and relay points do not accept overly bulky packages. We are sorry that this has been complicated. Regarding the Airtwist, they are currently available for sale but with an estimated delivery date around October 15. As you rightly pointed out, we are currently out of stock, and restocking is planned around October 12. Not serious at all! I ordered a swing, 2 weeks after my order no news. I follow up to get an approximate date for delivery (the shipment is supposed to be made 8 days later! Of course, none of this is specified at the time of purchase). 10 days later still no news, I follow up AGAIN to understand what is happening and finally the swing is no longer in stock in all colors... and then no, finally there is gray left! Their customer service by phone is almost always closed. They are still responsive to emails. For the product, I am satisfied but the communication is zero! So I give the 2 stars only for the swing.

Swing received today. I ordered 2 Louna, one gray and one pink for my twins, and I only received one, the gray one. My husband and I unpacked it to see if everything was okay, but the A and B buttons are super hard, I couldn't manage to tilt it or close it afterwards, it gets stuck at the height levels, there are only 2 heights whereas it is indicated 5 heights in the booklet. We haven't tested the batteries and the power cable because just these 2 malfunctions disappointed us, impossible for me as a mom to tilt it, I see this defect a lot in the reviews. And by the way, I am waiting for news about my second swing that I paid for... a return will be made for the gray one.
