Still not delivered, the delivery is systematically postponed

Good site

Perfect, nothing to say

Product meets expectations.

Super good, my son adopted it and so did we!! Only downside is that we can't connect the phone and there are no wheels (we thought all that was included)

Good swing, just needs a bit more speed, otherwise it's fine.

I received it quickly. It works wonderfully, but the only downside is that it's a shame there are no wheels underneath to move it because it's a bit heavy.

Navigation not very intuitive.

Quite simple.

Very fast delivery. For now, I am satisfied with the seat, very easy to handle for installing the baby.

24 hours after ordering, I received it, it's great! However, I would have preferred if they took an extra day and didn't get the color of my cradle wrong! Just a heads up, and don't mention a return, it's fine... 8 months pregnant, I don't want to go through all the procedures...! But please be careful.

The article itself is of good quality and conforms to our order. However, your carrier GLS is absolutely not serious and competent, which greatly discredits your brand. After (supposedly!) 3 attempts without being able to deliver the package to its recipient (who was indeed present), we had to go ourselves twice to the GLS depot in Gennevilliers and insist on retrieving our package, which no one there could find!! It's really a shame because it does not encourage future orders on your site! Best regards,

Order received very quickly, however I will not advertise the carrier GLS who refused to deliver to my home and who, as the last name sounded familiar to him, delivered to my sister's workplace several kilometers from my home. I am pregnant and need to limit my car trips, that's why we chose home delivery. The delivery man categorically refused to deliver to my home when my sister said it was not for you, you are mistaken. He didn't want to hear anything and left the package at her workplace (which could have caused her problems with her bosses). It's shameful. Regarding the transat, nothing to complain about, it matches the description. I am satisfied for now after testing it with Dad while waiting for the baby to arrive.

thank you

Clear site, detailed product information. Competitive prices and fast delivery.

Thank you

Satisfied, I recommend it.

Ordered in gray and the plush toys are pink, so not great... the quality of the fabrics is not top notch.

Very disappointed

No complaints about the site but not really satisfied with the delivery as it was postponed twice and the package arrived torn.

High shipping costs but order received in 2 days.

Beautiful product

Very fast shipping and as described.

I had asked a technical question before my purchase and I got a response quite quickly ==> OK The big downside remains the carrier GLS!!!! the cream of the creams... How can we still work with this carrier in 2020??? It is by far the most incompetent of all... So much so that generally I decided not to buy online if the transport was entrusted to GLS. When the delivery is entrusted to GLS, I sigh in advance because I know there will be tracking issues, appointments, delivery points, delivery person... etc in summary website bebe2luxe ==> ok carrier GLS ==> definitely NO so 2 stars

Nothing to report on the site very fast delivery.

Clear site, good value for money

Delivery service very fast, friendly, efficient. Product meets my expectations, easy to install, aesthetic, well made. Just need to test it for daily use...

The product corresponds well to the description but it's too early to give my opinion on the use. Product delivered very quickly and in good condition.

The order went well, however I was totally disappointed with the delivery which I received five days after the scheduled date without any message or email to warn me even though the delivery fees were paid. I tried to contact the store but it is only open 2 or 3 days a week with not very extended hours.

I have not received my order

Products as described, very good product except for the remote control which is on the same frequency as my decoder so not great. But nothing to complain about the operation

Very happy with the chair

Good, matches the description. Regular order tracking

Product quickly found on the site.
Tracked and fast delivery.
Very satisfied

Few choices but beautiful things.

Item arrived defective... I do not recommend this site.

Great! Small downside, we ordered gray to be unisex but the stuffed animals provided are pink. Otherwise, super fast delivery and the assembly of the deck chair is super easy! I recommend!!!

Good product.

Easy access and very clear.

The swing I bought is really nice! Completely satisfied with the purchase. The big downside was the delivery, I had no information during the delivery, the appointment was made on Friday, the delivery person never came. This morning I received an email for delivery during the day. The delivery person didn't even ring the bell and left the package over the gate, luckily the swing wasn't damaged...
