Received my order today, I unpacked it but I am waiting for the baby to arrive to try it. I give 4 stars because there is a screw that is stripped, so the part with the animals keeps coming off

Good site
Good delivery
Just regret not being informed of the delivery delay without having to ask. I would have liked an email informing me that there would be a delay knowing that I had already waited a month.

Product conforms, satisfied with my purchase. Just a delay in the supply of goods but for every email sent, I received a clear response and even a gesture due to the delay. I totally recommend this site. Customer service is top-notch like the products.

Nothing to report. The site is clear, the products well detailed. The reviews help a lot for the choice.

I placed my order in May, received it in July. Out of stock, however, the product was still offered for sale on the site (for the treasury surely covid). Moreover, we were offered a commercial gesture for the inconvenience, baby cutlery that I never received and do not wish to receive. Bad experience. Avoid, go to eBay, they offer the same products.

Product conforms to the photo. Easy to assemble and use, however, the swing speed seems excessive since set to minimum, I thought it was the maximum speed. Delivery times were not respected. The promo code valid in July was not accepted. I am disappointed.

2 months of waiting and the product meets my expectations. Lacks wheels so it's quite heavy to carry. Too bad given the price it could have been studied.

I received my package quite quickly. The car seat is of good quality. Now I just need to install it in the car... a bit of a hassle.

Good product. Except that received more than 2 months after the order. At the time of ordering it was available and at the time of payment it was set for June 15 and I received it on July 18. And on top of that, I have a piece that doesn't work...

Very disappointed with customer service and the service provided. We ordered on May 30, we knew and understood that delivery times might be extended due to Covid19, however we received the order yesterday, July 15, which is a month and a half wait. Not to mention the logistical error that indicated the package was delivered and would be returned when that was not the case. Finally, on the actual delivery day, the delivery person was ready to leave after 2 minutes of waiting. It's a bit disappointing after all this wait.

I haven't assembled the item yet but the condition of the package upon arrival leaves much to be desired, the package arrived in a damaged cardboard box, full of dents and tears, fortunately the item was not damaged.

Site rather well done, items conform; I didn't have time to try the stroller with my daughter in it but it is easy to fold and unfold. To see for the sturdiness and practicality.. Delivery day choice respected but not the time (was supposed to be delivered between 9am and 12:30pm and was only received at 2pm). However, satisfied with my order.

So your products are not checked after manufacturing? Because receiving a swing with the wrong attachments (impossible to attach them together) raises questions about the safety of the product...
