Customer reviews of BEBE2LUXE

fast

Completely satisfied, the sooner you order, the sooner you receive

I find it unfortunate that I cannot contact an advisor. Exchange possible only by email and sometimes their response can be a bit slow, because for my part, I had a problem with the delay and delivery and therefore it was impossible to have someone on the phone to find a solution together.

I am very happy with my purchase, my son loves it. I am just disappointed, I paid 69.80 and the next day it was 10 euros cheaper.

Well-designed site.

Very efficient.

Honestly, I am disappointed because I had chosen the red color and had to wait another 45 days so I preferred to choose another color and this was not announced at the start of my order, I was informed 3 weeks after ordering, however the seat is as I wanted, it seems to be of good quality, we'll see over time and it's easy to install.

Serious site, fast and efficient service.

Only downside is that the user manual is missing.

I am very happy with my purchase of the car seat the one. Very good value for money compared to other brands. Fast delivery and the possibility to choose the delivery day to be sure to be there that day. Only disappointment, the box was damaged so I was afraid the seat was damaged but it wasn't.

Car seat corresponds well to the description on the site.

Button to operate therefore the swing is blocked as a high chair so I can neither use the swing nor the bouncer, I hope they will quickly send me a new product and recover the one I have at home.

The swing is perfect but the delivery with GLS was very disappointing.

Minimalist but simple site

Very good

3 in 1 chair is top!!! It arrived on time. Just missing wheels because the chair is really heavy.

And the baby hasn't arrived yet but the product seems quite good.

Order processed and delivered on time.

I ordered a car seat that was supposed to arrive within 48/72 hours. I received several messages telling me every day that the delivery was postponed to the next day... so I received the seat 4 days later than expected. Just 2 days after my order, the price of the seat dropped by €20, so I asked for a commercial gesture specifying that I would have had the seat on the same date but €20 cheaper if I had ordered it 2 days later. Negative response on the grounds that the delivery did not exceed 7 days! Disappointed with the site. Regarding the car seat, the car in which it is installed is among the compatible cars and the surprise, the seat does not touch the car seat! Had to put towels underneath to fill the gap... it's mediocre, I'm not sure that the installation is approved under these conditions... but no commercial discount.

The box arrived destroyed. I have taken photos that I will send to the company.

Not great communication on your part as I asked a question by email right after placing my order but I never received a response and then when I received my package I was very surprised to see that there was no cardboard packaging, only the original packaging of the swing so needless to say that the box arrived very damaged so I will be giving a nice swing but with a damaged package, as if it came from a second-hand merchant. So I will not order again and will not recommend anyone to order from you...

I recommend.

the carrier postponed the delivery to the next day, the day I was expecting it, and the next day, the time slot 8:30-13:30 was not respected.

Good product, to see in use.

Disappointed by the delivery.

Good

Nothing to complain about

No way to contact customer service after ordering. Following an address issue for delivery, my numerous emails received by a robot!? went unanswered! Too bad because the ordered product is satisfactory! I will not order through this site again.

Excellent, I received my order and it was as expected, thank you.

Good

Delighted with my order!

Fast delivery but the item arrived slightly damaged.

It arrived quickly. The box was a bit damaged. Instructions in Spanish would be appreciated.

I am happy with your site but when I received my package it was crushed, the delivery person told us to check and when I brought it up the little thing where the teddy bears are was broken, so I am asking for a commercial gesture, thank you.

Good product conforms to the announcement, very good quality/price ratio, fast and free delivery, I recommend without any problem!

Correct site and delivers quickly

The product is good. Several functions and swinging speeds. Small remote control BUT 'laborious' delivery and especially the box arrived torn +++. Fortunately, the swing seems intact.

Fast delivery, product as described, good quality/price ratio!

Very good product, quick and easy installation by myself. Seems comfortable, baby doesn't complain, foot that moves a bit to check
Clear instructions and perfect isofix

Very good in terms of quality and price, just that there is no possibility to pay by bank transfer, must have Visa or PayPal
