Music a bit too loud and volume not adjustable.
It would have been nice to have an additional tilt notch for the rocking mode because the tilt is quite significant and the baby slips in. Finally, the fixed position is not very fixed... Otherwise, good product quite well thought out. Let's see over time if it is robust.

It doesn't work well

I found this site a bit by chance, I appreciated the responsiveness of customer service when I sent an email to find out where the delivery was, I received a response 2 days later.

Lacks additional features for this price, few soft melodies, deserves more rotation functions as it only pivots, unfortunately there is no swing mode but other than that it is correct

I couldn't find the dimensions of the mattress, so I had to wait to receive it to order the sheets

The item I received was very good except that since I got it, the vibration does not work.

The site could use a refresh, but it was functional enough. The order was sent and received quickly, very good delivery service. The item itself did not meet my expectations, I was a bit disappointed as it did not match the description in every way.

My order was placed more than a month ago, it was supposedly delivered on a day when I was still at work. So I couldn't receive it, I asked where it was dropped off, no response was given to me. And I imagine that after more than a month I won't get one. I still have no return.
I made a complaint in which the site committed to provide me with a return within 7 days.
The 7 days are long gone and they don't even bother to respond to my various emails.
So I am currently hospitalized, and I have to chase them to get compensation.
It's a disaster.
My item was quite expensive and now they are ghosting me and giving no news.
I find that unacceptable and not correct.
It was a first order. And I will let others know to never order from this merchant.
