Customer reviews of BEBE2LUXE

Well understandable, intuitive

Simple and effective.

I received the chair 15 days ago, I find it very good except that I have a problem with the app, we can't get the swing to work. We have sent an email and called customer service several times. We are still waiting for a response. Without a response, we will return it. I find that very unfortunate.

The order was placed easily and the Louna was cheaper than anywhere else, regarding the delivery not great but unfortunately it's not your fault, as for the Louna it assembles very easily, not yet tested in real time, baby expected at the end of April

Perfect

I appreciate it

Very good service

I can't say that it's satisfactory. I couldn't track the delivery times, it's written nowhere on the account after the order, so the wait of 3 weeks to a month without information and without knowing when I would be delivered was very long. I regretted not making my purchase in a store. And the swing broke down completely after barely a month and very little use since the baby doesn't particularly like being on it. Here I am again facing the hassle of a return and the wait. The site is so poorly designed!! You can't find the information and a place to click to report a malfunction or a malfunction form. In short, hell, I won't buy from them again even if the product itself is quite nice. What a shame: a decent site, delivery tracking, customer service, is really necessary for an expensive product.

Simple and effective

Beautiful lullaby and bouncer, I got it for the baby I'm welcoming as a childminder, it really helps me a lot. Not only does it have soft melodies and a fervent way of rocking, but it also detects the baby's movements, so there's no need to put it in lullaby mode, which is not really recommended for us as childminders, so when the baby moves, it moves. It's just beautiful and stylish, not too bulky, I'm very happy, I validate it 1000%. It was delivered in 48 hours, the BB2 Luxe service is really efficient just like the delivery service, thank you very much, see you soon for the next order and I recommend it with pleasure. Thanks again

Very satisfied with my order, fast delivery and product as ordered

Nothing to say but really well done, good job

I recommend this product which is exactly as described, just waiting for the baby to really test it and see if it lasts over time.

Very fast delivery, received in less than a week. For now, we have just checked if everything worked because the baby arrives only in June.

Very good quality product as usual. It's a brand I really appreciate.

Very very very very good

Very nice wood imitation foot and the mechanism works well, the mattress can be a bit thin but just add a reinforcement for more comfort. Easy to use and safety is top-notch.
