I recommended the same car seat for my 6-year-old daughter following the theft of my vehicle. Once again, everything is simple and quick, I placed the order on Monday, it arrived on Tuesday in very good condition. The ordered seat is adjustable to best fit the child. Bebe2luxe is top-notch! I recommend it to all parents. Thank you.

The baby seat is comfortable but not optimal in use. My baby in the lying position, facing backward, is not really lying down and thus had his head falling when he fell asleep. There is no instruction manual provided with the order. The belt to secure the baby is not easy to use, I don't know if it's me who couldn't manage it or the design, but the belt was too tight around my baby's thighs. Why is the belt attachment fixed? I can't really say that I am satisfied, I bought this product following a friend's recommendation who is satisfied, but after taking a 1400 km trip with the seat, it's not the best for my baby.

Hello, we are sorry for the missing manual, it should be present in the package. We have just sent it to you by email. The cushions are indeed adjustable according to your child's size. We let you discover the manual, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate. Best regards, the Bebe2luxe team.

Very disappointed because the only two toys to hold must be fixed on the arch, which is normal, but this last one must be completely closed on the baby when the baby is inside; whereas it is not necessary to fold everything normally, it would have been wise to just put a clip ring alone. In short, to avoid.

Navigating the site is very simple, regarding the delivery, it was a bit long this time but not everything is always available when needed. The phone support is very pleasant.

I received my package quickly but I received the Luna deck chair with a strap defect. The same day I called them and they are sending me a new fabric. Other than that, it's quite difficult to close, but it's pretty.

Received quickly, perfect for now, we'll see when the baby is here. The only thing that might need to be added are wheels. Otherwise, I do not recommend, not disappointed.
