The car seat is great, it's the first time I've seen such good quality, my daughter (she's 7 months) tested it today because it arrived today, she is super comfortable in it. You can feel that the seat is not hard. I really have nothing to say except that it is extremely good.

Delivered quickly. The product matches the description. Easy to assemble. I confirm that the seat is not great for a very small child. It needs to be propped up. For the price, it's worth it.

24 hours after ordering, I received it, it's great! However, I would have preferred if they took an extra day and didn't get the color of my cradle wrong! Just a heads up, and don't mention a return, it's fine... 8 months pregnant, I don't want to go through all the procedures...! But please be careful.

Response from BEBE2LUXE
Hello, we apologize for the color error. During this period, orders are numerous, so mistakes are possible, and we are sorry for that. A return was proposed to exchange the color, but we have not received any response today. Best regards, the Bebe2luxe team.

The article itself is of good quality and conforms to our order. However, your carrier GLS is absolutely not serious and competent, which greatly discredits your brand. After (supposedly!) 3 attempts without being able to deliver the package to its recipient (who was indeed present), we had to go ourselves twice to the GLS depot in Gennevilliers and insist on retrieving our package, which no one there could find!! It's really a shame because it does not encourage future orders on your site! Best regards,
