When I ordered on 14/09, I wanted the delivery (scheduled between 19 and 20/09) to be made to a pickup point, I noted the closest pickup point to my home, you sent me a text because the chosen pickup point is inactive, so I chose another pickup point, you replied by text on 17/09, okay it’s noted.. having no news of my package on 20/09, I sent you several texts between 21 and 24, you replied on the 24th for a delivery to my home which took place on Wednesday 26, so 6 days late!!
It would be good if you could keep us informed quickly if you cannot deliver on the indicated day.

Site that offers good products at interesting prices but a real hassle to get delivered. I was offered a pickup point only to be told it was untraceable and it was up to me to find the information about the pickup point in question! I am not satisfied with how the delivery of my package went and I am also a bit disappointed with the product, a car seat that is supposed to have 3 reclining positions, including one for sleeping, and in the end, there are indeed three positions but they hardly recline at all. I do not recommend this site.

A disgraceful delivery.

The packaging box arrived very damaged. We did not open it because it is for gifts. But the box needs to be glued back together in all directions, let's hope the inside is in good condition.
