Big problem regarding the delivery which cost us very dearly due to the premium-rate calls we had to make!!!! The store did not want to make a commercial gesture. Next time I will go elsewhere!!!!!

The delivery was made to my neighbor without my consent and without verifying their identity. They could have been ill-intentioned and could have not informed me of the delivery. Very unhappy about this point.

The product is as described but the delivery via GLS is terrible! Package damaged, unpleasant delivery person. If you keep the same delivery service, I will not order from your site again.

Give the option to choose the delivery company

Product is very good but delivery was deplorable. The carrier did not call me while I was at home and left the package at a relay point. Reordered the broken swing. Swing is very good, excellent product.

The car seat The One is very good, it's the 2nd one we buy because we find it really functional and safe. However, we found out after paying for it that it was out of stock, we had to contact customer service 1 month later because we still hadn't heard anything, they confirmed that we would be delivered but we received nothing on the announced date while the package was marked as delivered on the site. We contacted customer service again who finally followed up on the delivery and we finally received it.

Still waiting for my car seat and my refund despite the documents sent..... (carrier at fault????). But nonetheless, baby deluxe customer service is responsive.

Fast and serious shipping. I ordered the swing but it has a defect in the swinging, as after a few uses the swinging is jerky.

I feel like this site is always on sale. So are the prices real?

Order tracking needs improvement, as well as delivery tracking. Bebe2luxe is unreachable by phone, after the phone message it says that you can leave a message and will be called back but in fact it cuts off immediately, you can't even leave a message.

The delivery was chaotic: not delivered on time despite the misleading emails from the site, + huge phone bill after 15 calls with their delivery service. And after more than 10 days we finally received it... far from the 2-3 days. And no reimbursement of delivery costs.
For the seat okay but the seatbelt closure system is not practical at all.

A decent site
The product is quite good overall But we put batteries in it logically and it turned out that the batteries melted to this day we have cleaned the device well put in new batteries and the product does not work. I would like to know what we can do so that I have a working device because since my daughter was born she hasn't used it.

Delivery really too long

I strongly advise against this site!! Impossible to reach them or at the expense of our wallet... 20 euros extra to try to find out where my car seat is, forced to run to 4 corners of the city to 2 pickup points, all that to finally pick it up at the warehouse... The box was open, fortunately everything was up to standard. It took me 3 weeks after the expected receipt date to find my package. I tried to contact them via the site, Facebook, and by phone, it's a shame and no commercial gesture! Never order from them!!!

For my part, very bad experience simply because I never received my car seat but obviously I was charged. To reach someone by phone... good luck. It lasted more than a month, so my husband went to buy one. Obviously, I never received my order and I was finally refunded. It's a shame but I will never order from this site again.

I bought a swing, it is very good, my son loves it. The only downside would be the delivery, my package was lost and I had a lot of trouble receiving it, I am very disappointed about that, but I will order again soon, hoping not to be disappointed this time.

Delivery problem

Good except for the delivery service, which I would rate poorly. The delivery person gave my car seat to a neighbor I didn't know and signed for me. With a cesarean section, I had to go down myself to retrieve and carry the 15 kg package.

Delivery costs too high

I have had several problems with the stroller, 1 I did not receive the stroller I ordered, 2 I cannot remove the wheels because they are broken and 3 the mechanism that tilts the stroller broke

We ordered a car seat on this site. Payment was made by bank transfer. We transferred the money quite quickly after our bank registered the bank details. No email, nothing. A week later, the status of our order was 'waiting for transfer'. First email, we were confirmed that our package would be shipped within 3 days... 1 week and 3 days later, no package. Still 'waiting for transfer'. Second email and quite a comical response: 'we will check tomorrow if we have received your transfer'... Third email (from us of course), 2 days later, they realized that our transfer had been made but there was no more stock... We will have to wait another good month! In short... We finally have our car seat!! We had planned ahead, the baby won't arrive for another month. But not serious at all! And on top of that, liars!

I had an issue with my order: a car seat. Arrived quickly but slightly damaged, so I refused it. And it took an extremely long time to receive another one in perfect condition, like two months, I had to follow up. Phew, it ended well, I finally received my nice car seat in very good condition.

Very satisfied with my isofix one car seat and the speed of delivery.. I just wish the site had a bit more sales of items... I find there is not much.

I find that the site lacks a bit of color and does not highlight the super products from bebe2luxe enough.
