I waited more than a month and a half for my package!! While a friend ordered and received her package 2 days later??!! When I told them after several email exchanges, they always replied with the same thing that was written on the site, which was false, it said 24 to 48 hours. Anyway, in addition, GLS asks you to schedule your delivery, they delivered it a day early when I wasn't there of course, so I had to wait 3 more days. Moreover, they wrote to me saying there was a problem with my package, which was false, it arrived perfectly fine. Fortunately, the product is of good quality.

During your order, the delivery time was indeed clearly indicated and on several occasions (under the add to cart button, in blue in the product description, as well as at the time of validating the order). We can hardly do better, but you may not have paid attention, that can happen. Your friend probably ordered a different item in stock because the delivery is indeed 48/72 hours once the package is shipped, so the estimated delivery date for each item must be taken into account. We informed you, once the package was shipped, of a delivery between September 24 and 28 (with a weekend in between), and your package was indeed delivered within the allotted time (on 28/09). Hello, we are sorry for the problem encountered. Your tracking indicates that the delivery person attempted to deliver to you the day before but a supplementary address was necessary. The next day the package was put in delivery to a relay point certainly for these reasons.
