Very unfortunate that we cannot know that for the gray and blue swing we receive pink plush toys, that's just stupid

Delivery not made, the delivery person did not come to our house and put it in a relay point. Shameful!!!! I would like to be refunded for my shipping costs. We pay shipping costs for nothing.

Response from BEBE2LUXE
Hello, we are sorry for the problem encountered. Your tracking indicates that the delivery person attempted to deliver to you the day before but a supplementary address was necessary. The next day the package was put in delivery to a relay point certainly for these reasons. It should be noted that the amount of shipping costs is the same whether it is a home delivery or a relay point. An email has been sent to the carrier to find out more. Best regards, the Bebe2luxe team

Very fast delivery, but unfortunately I find the delivery price to be high.. especially since I might order 2 more swings.
For the swing, it's a gift so not always opened.

Magnificent chair, quick and easy to assemble; there is an app to program remotely, just a gem. Delivery super fast in 3 working days. The only downside that makes me not give 5 stars is that I ordered in dark gray, the box is well marked dark gray but I find the color very light, I don't know if it's the right one or if it's a mistake but it's just a detail.

Very fast delivery, but a bit disappointed with the seat that I don't find very comfortable for my baby. He looks all cramped in there and is not comfortable at all....

very bad service I am not satisfied because the delivery person lives next to my package and is not informed to pick up your package and does not call me to inform that your package is directly outside. that's why I am not satisfied.

I ordered this beige umbrella stroller, it is really beautiful, lightweight, easy to fold, the faux leather details look classy, it can be driven very easily with one hand, having had the very heavy and bulky mima xari I am going from one extreme to another! Baby is comfortable!
However, the seat needs to be complemented with a mattress, no rain cover provided, and the storage basket is small....
Otherwise overall I am satisfied! Thank you

Easy to order. Great site. Small downside for the delivery tracking, package ok. But when there is no one at home, they do not inform you of the time by phone. And they threw the package over a 1.70m high barrier. Fortunately, the package was not damaged inside.

The photos on the site are very small and impossible to enlarge with a smartphone. I did not receive an email from the site to inform me that my order had been processed. I had to wait until I reported where my order was to trigger the delivery.

The stroller seems okay (we haven't tested it on the street yet), the price is also good (better than on Amazon, which is rare); the only major problem was the delivery - the delivery person just left my package in the common hallway of my building :o

The product is of good quality, no smell, easy to assemble (in 2 clicks), identical to the photos on the site and very easy to use. But especially an ultra-fast delivery!! Nothing to complain about the product or the delivery.

It's a shame that the car seat command no longer existed and it wasn't indicated. But the customer service quickly found a solution.
