Fast delivery and on the right date. The stroller is a game changer for me, between folding and fitting in the trunk, it's great and very maneuverable. I'm happy, my only regret is that the rain cover is not included with the stroller.

I took away one star for the delivery time. I had to wait 1 month to receive my item and I had difficulty assembling the legs when folding it, but I am absolutely satisfied with the product. I can't wait for the baby to arrive to test it with him now.

The product seems to be of decent quality for the price, however the delivery with their provider GLS leaves much to be desired, they offer to choose a delivery date that was not honored in my case. When you take a day off just for that, it's very disappointing. With Bébé2luxe who completely distances themselves from the situation without even being sorry, let alone offering a commercial gesture for the delivery.

I’m still waiting for a response from customer service; the magic dodo was sewn upside down, head at the bottom and feet at the top. It’s frustrating because they are unreachable by phone, only by email, so it takes too long and it annoys me. I had been waiting for this order for over a month. What solution? Because honestly, being pregnant, I have no desire to run to the post office to return it. Hoping they find a solution quickly because we are going on vacation at the end of the month.

Hello, this is the principle of an isofix car seat; the product listing clearly states that the fixings are isofix and not with the seatbelt, which means your vehicle must be equipped with the isofix system to install the seat.
