Good quality car seat. Very good quality/price ratio. However, we waited a month to receive it... It was quite long, we were a bit worried.

Perfectly meets my expectations, very aesthetic and easy to use. The assembly instructions are not clear and missing wheels to move it. Otherwise, very good product, I recommend

4 stars instead of 5 because the product seems refurbished. Some marks on the plastic and a few hairs in the packaging. I would have liked to be warned.

Customer service unreachable by phone, never again with them and they know it. Honestly, the worst of my purchases. However, the product is as described and of very good quality. I recommend it. This is my opinion and it is objective.

The seat is wonderful, but since I didn't know what the isofix system was, which my car doesn't have, I can't use it for now.

I find that for the price it doesn't swing at all!!! The purpose of a swing chair is to swing the baby, but here it only moves from side to side, the speeds are the same from 1 to 5. The only great thing is the design.

Long delivery but we are informed at the time of ordering. Customer service responds quickly to messages. My Louna 5 in 1 cradle is very nice, super pretty. Small downside is that there are no wheels, and the swing option makes a bit of noise at maximum. But I am very satisfied overall, I recommend!
