I haven't used the swing yet, as the baby is not arriving until October. However, I have already assembled it, and it seems good despite my strong concern when I saw the state of the box upon delivery.

The product is excellent. Very stable, secure, and entertaining for the baby. It lacks wheels to be perfect! However, GLS is not a very serious delivery service... Two delivery attempts canceled without even informing me, I spent two days at home waiting for the delivery person who kept it to deliver it on Saturday when he normally doesn't work...

Poor organization, they got the pickup point wrong, I went there for nothing, and once the package was received, I kept receiving emails every 2 hours for a week saying my package had arrived!

I only give 4 stars because I haven't mounted it yet and don't have enough feedback to talk about it! But the delivery was super fast. Incredible efficiency on that, unbeatable price....

Very disappointed with my purchase. There is only 1 swinging speed. No matter the speed, the swinging is the same. The vibration function does not work either. I contacted the seller but he does not respond. I do not recommend!

Creating an account to place a gift order for a couple living 1000 km away from me. Surprise, the account is named after the recipient!!! Then for the tracking of the package, the notifications were sent to me instead of reaching the recipient. It's too complicated to place an order with you, I will not reorder.

Very efficient and fast, just a pity that there hasn't been an independent crash test for the seat yet!

Reliable site. Secure payment. We ordered a car seat. Well received. Clean packaging, nothing to complain about. To see in use when the baby is with us.

Top product. Delivery delayed: communication problem between the carrier and bebe2luxe. Relay point that refused to take the package. In the end, product received and meets our expectations.

Very simple site with very few choices. However, I ordered a car seat, I absolutely needed it within 3 days, I specified this during my order, result, my package arrived earlier than expected, 2 days instead of 3 as planned! Great!

Be careful with the cardboard package. Received the order in a damaged box. Fortunately, the product inside was not damaged as it was sent in the original box without additional protection...

Apart from a few delivery issues that are not due to the site bebe2luxe but to the carrier GLS, the site is well made and the products for sale are of quality.
The only change to be made by bebe2luxe is to absolutely change carriers: "GLS" should be banned.

A disgraceful delivery.
Impossible to have the package delivered to my home, it was delivered to a relay point 2 days later and the driver left the package with another merchant who does not do relay points without informing us. We had to search ourselves where the package had arrived because after multiple calls to customer service, they did not want to know anything or give us more information. Customer service even hung up on us!! A shame to treat customers like this!! We will never use your mediocre services again.
