Following an order of a swing that is super good and received on time. The only issue is that speed 1 of the swing goes too fast and the crying detector does not work. I contacted customer service and they are supposed to send me a module. It has been 15 days since I reported my issue and my baby has not been able to fully enjoy his swing for 15 days. I hope it will be resolved. I want to emphasize that the swing is of good quality and as described.

The delivery person left the package with my neighbor whom I do not know, and since there are steps at her entrance she could not bring it in so the package spent the day outside. Not serious at all! Just for the follow-up I do not recommend it.

super happy with my purchase only downside and honestly not the least in my eyes is the carrier! I ordered and paid almost 20 euros for delivery fees only to find myself having to pick up my order 20km from my home thank goodness I have a car otherwise I don't know how I would have managed

I am satisfied with my purchase at bebe2luxe. The seats arrived well packaged and new. A few scares regarding the delivery as the packages were blocked due to snow and I could not reach the hotline. My daughters are happy with their seats, they are securely fastened and I am reassured.
