The GLS delivery person did not want to come to our home where we were present and left the package in a bar in another town where we know no one, without informing us and therefore without our consent. The GLS tracking site mentioned that the delivery had been made. The delivery person informed us at 6:30 PM where our package was, and we had to travel several kilometers to retrieve it. Anyone could have taken our purchase. What recourse would we have had in this case? Who signed the receipt with a forgery? The delivery person lied to his company by indicating that the delivery was made. We are very unhappy and hope you will escalate this issue to GLS, which does not keep its commitments. We paid for a service from you that was not honored, which tarnishes our trust in your company and causes you considerable harm. We will not make another purchase from you if it risks this kind of problem with the same delivery person, which could harm us without any recourse...
