I received a defective seat, knowing that they do not accept returns in apartments but only in houses, I had to arrange for the return to be made at someone else's place. Moreover, I had to follow up 3 times with customer service because they were not able to provide me with a quick return, and I was told that my seat model was out of stock while it is available for order on the site. I made a complaint for a commercial gesture hoping it will be favorable knowing that this is the second time I buy from them. I am disappointed with customer service.

Indeed, returns of bulky packages are complicated, home pickups are only possible if you live in a villa/house, and relay points do not accept overly bulky packages.
