The product seems to be of decent quality for the price, however the delivery with their provider GLS leaves much to be desired, they offer to choose a delivery date that was not honored in my case. When you take a day off just for that, it's very disappointing. With Bébé2luxe who completely distances themselves from the situation without even being sorry, let alone offering a commercial gesture for the delivery.

I’m still waiting for a response from customer service; the magic dodo was sewn upside down, head at the bottom and feet at the top. It’s frustrating because they are unreachable by phone, only by email, so it takes too long and it annoys me. I had been waiting for this order for over a month. What solution?
