Quite simple.

Very fast delivery. For now, I am satisfied with the seat, very easy to handle for installing the baby.

Order received very quickly, however I will not advertise the carrier GLS who refused to deliver to my home and who, as the last name sounded familiar to him, delivered to my sister's workplace several kilometers from my home. I am pregnant and need to limit my car trips, that's why we chose home delivery. The delivery man categorically refused to deliver to my home when my sister said it was not for you, you are mistaken. He didn't want to hear anything and left the package at her workplace (which could have caused her problems with her bosses). It's shameful. Regarding the transat, nothing to complain about, it matches the description. I am satisfied for now after testing it with Dad while waiting for the baby to arrive.

The swing I bought is really nice! Completely satisfied with the purchase. The big downside was the delivery, I had no information during the delivery, the appointment was made on Friday, the delivery person never came. This morning I received an email for delivery during the day. The delivery person didn't even ring the bell and left the package over the gate, luckily the swing wasn't damaged...

One of the deck chairs I ordered was missing an accessory. And I find it strange that we can't use the deck chairs without plugging them in.

Very good site, as well as the product. Corresponds exactly to expectations. However, the delivery from the GLS carrier leaves much to be desired. Received box torn with a week's delay.

The seat is a bit basic: To turn it 360 degrees, there are simply 2 springs without any cover. The biggest issue seems to be the depth of the seat: my 14-month-old son should have a booster in the seat since his bottom is lower than his knees, but there is only a newborn booster provided for babies up to 61cm. The sunshade does not hold and there are no instructions on how to fix it. For a bigger child, it might be suitable, but the seat is very bulky and ultimately not very comfortable for a 14-month-old baby, so I am a bit disappointed.
