Very fast delivery, but a bit disappointed with the seat that I don't find very comfortable for my baby. He looks all cramped in there and is not comfortable at all....

very bad service I am not satisfied because the delivery person lives next to my package and is not informed to pick up your package and does not call me to inform that your package is directly outside. that's why I am not satisfied.

I ordered this beige umbrella stroller, it is really beautiful, lightweight, easy to fold, the faux leather details look classy, it can be driven very easily with one hand, having had the very heavy and bulky mima xari I am going from one extreme to another! Baby is comfortable!
However, the seat needs to be complemented with a mattress, no rain cover provided, and the storage basket is small....
Otherwise overall I am satisfied! Thank you

Good product but hard to reach someone on the phone following a problem with the order.
Ordered a gray swing received in pink.
Fortunately, delivery remains fast.

Happy at first until my product arrived already "dirty" then retraction on a product promise in refund in the following days and in the end soon three weeks and still nothing.

Easy to order. Great site. Small downside for the delivery tracking, package ok. But when there is no one at home, they do not inform you of the time by phone. And they threw the package over a 1.70m high barrier. Fortunately, the package was not damaged inside.

The stroller seems okay (we haven't tested it on the street yet), the price is also good (better than on Amazon, which is rare); the only major problem was the delivery - the delivery person just left my package in the common hallway of my building :o

The product is of good quality, no smell, easy to assemble (in 2 clicks), identical to the photos on the site and very easy to use. But especially an ultra-fast delivery!! Nothing to complain about the product or the delivery.

Order received very quickly. The product corresponds to what was presented. The only downside is that the mobile attachment system is not suitable and it does not stay in position.

It's a shame that the car seat command no longer existed and it wasn't indicated. But the customer service quickly found a solution.

Received very quickly in August. For the product, I expected it to be able to go higher, but it suits me anyway, it's at the height of my sofa (when it's at max height). I haven't tested the reclining mode yet because I haven't managed to (and haven't had the opportunity because the baby isn't here yet). For the mattress, it is very thin and non-detachable, I plan to get another one on top for more comfort. It would be good to add a usage video on the site for parents. It would also be good to include a cover for the product (like competitors), for ease of transport... otherwise, the product is compliant.

For a 2-month-old baby, I think he is still too small. He doesn't appreciate it, I think the reducer cushion is too warm and not narrow enough to feel the cocooning comfort, after 5 minutes he starts to cry, even the swing system that triggers by itself doesn't change anything, I had to go back to the old swing.
