Very disappointed with customer service and the service provided. We ordered on May 30, we knew and understood that delivery times might be extended due to Covid19, however we received the order yesterday, July 15, which is a month and a half wait. Not to mention the logistical error that indicated the package was delivered and would be returned when that was not the case. Finally, on the actual delivery day, the delivery person was ready to leave after 2 minutes of waiting. It's a bit disappointing after all this wait.

Site rather well done, items conform; I didn't have time to try the stroller with my daughter in it but it is easy to fold and unfold. To see for the sturdiness and practicality.. Delivery day choice respected but not the time (was supposed to be delivered between 9am and 12:30pm and was only received at 2pm). However, satisfied with my order.

Received my package today. After unpacking it, I am quite satisfied. But there were small problems when I wanted to test it: I cannot raise the cradle to the maximum position. The mechanism gets stuck at the second notch. Another negative point, I cannot fold the legs. Despite the instructions and several attempts, nothing happened. So it's impossible for me to put it back in its packaging to wait for the arrival of the baby.
