Very good product, the only downside is that there is no manual.

Seems good to me. However, I ordered a black car seat and received a gray one... I need it immediately, so I don't have time to request an exchange.

Happy with the Louna deck chair. Only small downside, I can't fold the legs. I can't do it... Moreover, the instruction manual in the package is not very clear, very light on explanations. I had to watch the video of the deck chair to learn more about the use of the different positions offered by this Louna deck chair. Aside from these 2 issues, I find the deck chair nice. Can't wait to try it with the baby who hasn't arrived yet. Regarding delivery, I am really not satisfied with GLS. I received the deck chair outside the delivery times that were indicated to me. I wanted to have the pink hood and the pink crotch strap in addition, because I made a mistake in my order (I ordered the gray one). By the way, the customer service person from Bebe2luxe was really very nice. So, I've been waiting for 3 days for the delivery of my package with the pink hood and crotch strap. Stuck at home for 3 days without knowing when I will be delivered. No information from GLS, I have to call them... I am really not satisfied with the delivery service. I will not recommend it and I will make sure not to use GLS for my future orders. Hoping that Bebe2luxe does not only use GLS if I want to order from you again.

Received this morning and installed immediately, without instructions since there were none. The seat looks comfortable and secure, we'll see over time but my son fell asleep in it on the first try.

I love it, beautiful swing. The sound functions are great. Negative point is that for a one-month-old baby, it is not very suitable in terms of seating, and the headrest is not adapted either. I thought it would be longer, but it is very low to the ground, which is a shame when you have pets. But nothing to complain about otherwise I adapted it for my daughter and she is comfortable! Fast delivery! And the price is well worth the swing, I recommend it.

Super stroller, practical and small. Looks a bit like a toy but it is really great, super maneuverable.

Order placed for a stroller and a car seat, estimated delivery 1 month after ordering. I am patiently waiting for my items, two days before delivery I get a call to inform me that there is no more stroller, I maintain my order for the car seat and they refund part of the shipping costs for the inconvenience. Delivery comes via GLS... I choose a pickup point on their site, I get a call on the day to be told that this point has not been part of their list for 6 months, so it needs to be removed... In the end, no delivery point suited me, I had to go pick up the package 20 km from my home at their depot. Well, apart from that all the representatives were very nice but it was a bit of an obstacle course for a car seat.

Order arrived in 2 days! I recommend this product which is perfectly in line with the description. Only point to improve: the first speed is a bit fast in my opinion...
My baby only likes rocking with arms so I hope he will get used to this super swing!

Ordered Wednesday received Thursday, we can say it is very fast. The car seat is top-notch. I don't give 5 stars because I had chosen delivery to a pickup point and in the end, I was delivered at home...

Disappointed with my order! Delivery via GLS paid €16.90! I was misled over the phone for 4 days for a scheduled delivery that was postponed day by day for 4 days! I requested a refund for the shipping costs, and they replied that they only have a 24-hour delay compared to the maximum delivery time, so no commercial gesture! In short, terrible customer service and not commercial! I will never buy from this site again
