Problem with the delivery location registration and delivery. The GLS Transporter does not seem to master the traceability of customer data, hence the delivery delay.

In fact, this rating is due to the lack of seriousness of the carrier GLS. Not rigorous, not precise as if they had nothing else to do but take days off. First notification for November 26, canceled the same day for the next day. Except that no one showed up on November 27. Delivery on the 28th without warning. It's light. Bebe2Luxe should find other partners for deliveries. By the way, this company that claims to be the 3rd in Europe had already given me a hard time for another site.

I didn't get the correct contents of the order the first time. But following the email I sent, everything was very quick.

Only 3 stars because review reserved waiting for customer service response. Item received with a manufacturing defect that does not allow one of the legs to fit properly into the structure, which does not guarantee stability and therefore the safety of the baby. Response from Bebe2luxe: disassemble the part and scrape off the excess plastic that hinders assembly. A bit strange as a response! I refused because manipulation was not planned during assembly but is related to a manufacturing defect, thus the responsibility of customer service. Response from customer service pending. To be continued!

Fast delivery, my little girl examined the stroller, nothing to complain about, it's for her little girl who is due in January.

Disappointed, I ordered a new car seat and received a product that had already been used with the packaging inside torn. No phone number to contact customer service, so we sent an email and are waiting for a response. No responsiveness, we sent the email yesterday and still no reply.

Received product not as described, the handlebar is pink when it is supposed to be beige, so the color of the handlebar and the barrier in front of the seat is different. I am trying to contact customer service for a return and have received no response.

Beautiful site, serious delivery and on time

A great product, I highly recommend it, I am satisfied, the only small downside is that it arrived with a smell, a small scratch on one leg and the baby reducer has a finishing issue that gives a little effect of snagging on the fluff.
Otherwise, I love it, buy it with your eyes closed, the baby will be great and you will save money since it is a 4 in 1.

5 stars for the site but a big problem with the delivery. The GLS delivery person did not want to come to our home where we were present and left the package in a bar in another town where we know no one, without informing us and therefore without our consent. The GLS tracking site mentioned that the delivery had been made. The delivery person informed us at 6:30 PM where our package was, and we had to travel several kilometers to retrieve it. Anyone could have taken our purchase. What recourse would we have had in this case? Who signed the receipt with a forgery? The delivery person lied to his company by indicating that the delivery was made. We are very unhappy and hope you will escalate this issue to GLS, which does not keep its commitments. We paid for a service from you that was not honored, which tarnishes our trust in your company and causes you considerable harm. We will not make another purchase from you if it risks this kind of problem with the same delivery person, which could harm us without any recourse...
