I ordered a co-sleeper and some parts were damaged, bent. We had to straighten them to assemble the product. I sent photos to request a commercial gesture and I received €15, I found the gesture really ridiculous!!! So I do not recommend.

Received earlier than expected. Article conforms to the description, easy to assemble but it requires a little skill to handle it from the crib to the bouncer or swing and especially to fold it, but once understood it is really great. I take off one star for two things. 1: the mattress might be a bit too thin (in my opinion it will only be for daytime naps) 2: for the high chair side, a small table should be placed in front. But otherwise it is great.

One part was broken, fortunately it was just a cover. But the seat was sewn the wrong way. This was much more complicated to fix.

The Luna does not swing. Can you tell me how to activate this? Otherwise, I prefer to return the item which loses all interest for rocking our baby.

I have been trying to contact customer service for several days and nothing, absolutely nothing.
The device I bought and had sent to my friend, the plug burned after 5 minutes of use with her baby inside.
At 139 euros for a swing, I expected at least to have quality.
How to get a refund without the possibility of being reimbursed.

I am very happy with the chair, my son falls asleep in it all the time. However, I am disappointed because when I ordered, I had clearly selected the gray and black chair and not just the gray one. I received the gray one, and that is the only point that disappoints me, as I find it less beautiful than the other one.

I love the swing and the color too. But the only downside is that I want to fold the legs of the cradle swing, as I am not using it now (the baby is not here yet) but it's impossible, the manual doesn't really explain it.

We ordered 5 items. Of the 5 items, 2 arrived very quickly (but separately, so we had to organize for the receptions) and we are still missing 3 products to this day. The after-sales service does not answer the phone, we are still waiting for a response from them to know if the products will be delivered one day or not.
