Delighted with this purchase, my little one of 5 months was really starting to feel cramped in the cozy... He feels very comfortable in his new seat. Very good value for money. It rotates very easily, reclines sufficiently. Only small downside for securing the baby (the bottom strap may be a bit too low and the side straps fit well but do not 'lock' to secure them at the bottom, but it's just a matter of getting used to :)) I recommend this seat.

Perfect car seat! Very happy with my purchase! After a week of use, I can easily say that it changes my life! 12-month-old baby is well installed and I no longer hurt my back. A small downside on the delivery time which, although respected, remains long for my taste (more than 2 weeks). But on the ordered product, nothing to say!

I ordered 3 car seats "the one" from bébé2luxe. Very good quality, sturdy and easy to use. I only give 4 stars for now since out of the 3 I received one seat that was a return. I therefore asked them to pick it up because I ordered new. If I wanted a second-hand seat I would have gone to the classifieds..

No issues with Bébé2Luxe, however the first carrier that delivered my first package was not careful at all (very poorly organized truck, nothing secured, damaged boxes and careless handling...). On the other hand, the second carrier had nothing to report
