Delivery was a bit long because the product was out of stock. Attractive price. Still lacking crash test ADAC TCS to be sure that the car seats are safe.

A decent site
The product is quite good overall But we put batteries in it logically and it turned out that the batteries melted to this day we have cleaned the device well put in new batteries and the product does not work. I would like to know what we can do so that I have a working device because since my daughter was born she hasn't used it.
Batteries melting in a device is quite surprising especially after 2 days of installation

Overall, I am satisfied with my order, I just take away one star because the delivery did not happen on the announced schedule due to the carrier GLS. But bebe2luxe were responsive to my complaints and did what was necessary for me to receive my order as quickly as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend this site despite this mishap.

I strongly advise against this site!! Impossible to reach them or at the expense of our wallet... 20 euros extra to try to find out where my car seat is, forced to run to 4 corners of the city to 2 pickup points, all that to finally pick it up at the warehouse... The box was open, fortunately everything was up to standard. It took me 3 weeks after the expected receipt date to find my package. I tried to contact them via the site, Facebook, and by phone, it's a shame and no commercial gesture! Never order from them!!!

Very happy with this site, good quality products with reasonable prices compared to those on the market. Extremely happy with their rotating group 0 seat that we bought in three copies around me, but a bit less with the group 1 2 3 seat, 9-36 kg.

For my part, very bad experience simply because I never received my car seat but obviously I was charged. To reach someone by phone... good luck. It lasted more than a month, so my husband went to buy one. Obviously, I never received my order and I was finally refunded. It's a shame but I will never order from this site again.
