Fast shipping and responsive customer service. Due to a carrier error, my package was returned to the sender but I contacted customer service who immediately took care of it and I received my package the next day. Once it arrived, the swing worked on mains power but not on batteries. Customer service understood that I didn't want to return the entire item because the swing has a magical calming effect on my 3-month-old baby! They sent me a new module during the day. I just received it. It's perfect. I recommend! Thank you to the whole Bebe 2 Luxe team.

For a 2-month-old baby, I think he is still too small. He doesn't appreciate it, I think the reducer cushion is too warm and not narrow enough to feel the cocooning comfort, after 5 minutes he starts to cry, even the swing system that triggers by itself doesn't change anything, I had to go back to the old swing.
