Good and not expensive but very few products for sale

5 stars for the site but a big problem with the delivery. The GLS delivery person did not want to come to our home where we were present and left the package in a bar in another town where we know no one, without informing us and therefore without our consent. The GLS tracking site mentioned that the delivery had been made. The delivery person informed us at 6:30 PM where our package was, and we had to travel several kilometers to retrieve it. Anyone could have taken our purchase. What recourse would we have had in this case? Who signed the receipt with a forgery? The delivery person lied to his company by indicating that the delivery was made. We are very unhappy and hope you will escalate this issue to GLS, which does not keep its commitments. We paid for a service from you that was not honored, which tarnishes our trust in your company and causes you considerable harm. We will not make another purchase from you if it risks this kind of problem with the same delivery person, which could harm us without any recourse...

The prices are reasonable and the items interesting. However, I found the delivery not very good because the day I was told during the order is not the one I was finally told. This is what bothered me the most because I couldn't change the delivery time.

It would be good if you could keep us informed quickly if you cannot deliver on the indicated day.

I am not disappointed with the product but the delivery posed a real problem because you did not provide the complete address to the carrier.

Fast delivery, but disastrous administration: I received a validation notice for my order, then a cancellation notice, then another validation notice before receiving a new cancellation notice. I finally got my order on time, but I received exactly 53 emails in 72h informing me that my package was available at the relay agency, while it had already been picked up!

Very disappointed with my purchase. There is only 1 swinging speed. No matter the speed, the swinging is the same. The vibration function does not work either. I contacted the seller but he does not respond. I do not recommend!

Creating an account to place a gift order for a couple living 1000 km away from me. Surprise, the account is named after the recipient!!! A disgraceful delivery.
Impossible to have the package delivered to my home, it was delivered to a relay point 2 days later and the driver left the package with another merchant who does not do relay points without informing us. We had to search ourselves where the package had arrived because after multiple calls to customer service, they did not want to know anything or give us more information. Customer service even hung up on us!! A shame to treat customers like this!! We will never use your mediocre services again.

Disappointed, order arrived a week after the expected date. This purchase was supposed to go on vacation with us but it was impossible since it was not delivered on time. No solution proposed by customer service. Disgraceful service.

Dispute of payment via PayPal. Conclusion: avoid the site bebe2luxe.fr, 1 point more for Amazon which has impeccable service.

There are very good car seats, but the range for children is limited! No toys or anything, it's a shame.
