Heavy use with stock errors

Honestly, I am disappointed because I had chosen the red color and had to wait another 45 days so I preferred to choose another color and this was not announced at the start of my order, I was informed 3 weeks after ordering, however the seat is as I wanted, it seems to be of good quality, we'll see over time and it's easy to install.

Car seat corresponds well to the description on the site.

Button to operate therefore the swing is blocked as a high chair so I can neither use the swing nor the bouncer, I hope they will quickly send me a new product and recover the one I have at home.

The swing is perfect but the delivery with GLS was very disappointing.

And the baby hasn't arrived yet but the product seems quite good.

I ordered a car seat that was supposed to arrive within 48/72 hours. I received several messages telling me every day that the delivery was postponed to the next day... so I received the seat 4 days later than expected. Just 2 days after my order, the price of the seat dropped by €20, so I asked for a commercial gesture specifying that I would have had the seat on the same date but €20 cheaper if I had ordered it 2 days later. Negative response on the grounds that the delivery did not exceed 7 days! Disappointed with the site. Regarding the car seat, the car in which it is installed is among the compatible cars and the surprise, the seat does not touch the car seat! Had to put towels underneath to fill the gap... it's mediocre, I'm not sure that the installation is approved under these conditions... but no commercial discount.

The box arrived destroyed. I have taken photos that I will send to the company.

The description of the items is not well explained

I was very satisfied with my first order, but this one not at all. I placed my order on April 17 and received my item on May 17, a month later. I am not satisfied at all.

The item is perfect but the delivery date was not respected.

Swing received, too bad the speeds of the swing are very very slow, I have to push it with my hand otherwise everything works.

The delivery person left the package with my neighbor whom I do not know, and since there are steps at her entrance she could not bring it in so the package spent the day outside. Not serious at all! Just for the follow-up I do not recommend it.

I couldn't discover this swing ordered as a gift for a newborn but received 15 days after my order while I was on the road to visit the future parents. I do not intend to open my package, I will know more about it when it has finally been given. So apart from my disappointment regarding this late delivery, I cannot evaluate the product.

The delivery was made to my neighbor without my consent and without verifying their identity. They could have been ill-intentioned and could have not informed me of the delivery. Very unhappy about this point.

The product is as described but the delivery via GLS is terrible! Package damaged, unpleasant delivery person. If you keep the same delivery service, I will not order from your site again.

Give the option to choose the delivery company

Product is very good but delivery was deplorable. The carrier did not call me while I was at home and left the package at a relay point. Reordered the broken swing. Swing is very good, excellent product.

The car seat The One is very good, it's the 2nd one we buy because we find it really functional and safe. However, we found out after paying for it that it was out of stock, we had to contact customer service 1 month later because we still hadn't heard anything, they confirmed that we would be delivered but we received nothing on the announced date while the package was marked as delivered on the site. We contacted customer service again who finally followed up on the delivery and we finally received it.

Still waiting for my car seat and my refund despite the documents sent..... (carrier at fault????). But nonetheless, baby deluxe customer service is responsive.

Fast and serious shipping. I ordered the swing but it has a defect in the swinging, as after a few uses the swinging is jerky.

I feel like this site is always on sale. So are the prices real?

Order tracking needs improvement, as well as delivery tracking. Bebe2luxe is unreachable by phone, after the phone message it says that you can leave a message and will be called back but in fact it cuts off immediately, you can't even leave a message.

A decent site
The product is quite good overall But we put batteries in it logically and it turned out that the batteries melted to this day we have cleaned the device well put in new batteries and the product does not work. I would like to know what we can do so that I have a working device because since my daughter was born she hasn't used it.
