I’m still waiting for a response from customer service; the magic dodo was sewn upside down, head at the bottom and feet at the top. It’s frustrating because they are unreachable by phone, only by email, so it takes too long and it annoys me. I had been waiting for this order for over a month. What solution? Because honestly, being pregnant, I have no desire to run to the post office to return it. Hoping they find a solution quickly because we are going on vacation at the end of the month.

Product ordered in duplicate because of twins, received after a month despite the lockdown. However, a few problems: neither of them works with batteries and one is missing a screw to attach the canopy. It is also regrettable that the mattresses are too thin for nights with no possibility of removing the harness for the comfort of the babies in cradle mode. For future versions, wheels would be a plus.
