The product is very light, borderline fragile.

Customer service unreachable by phone, never again with them and they know it. Honestly, the worst of my purchases. However, the product is as described and of very good quality. I recommend it. This is my opinion and it is objective.

I find that for the price it doesn't swing at all!!! The purpose of a swing chair is to swing the baby, but here it only moves from side to side, the speeds are the same from 1 to 5. The only great thing is the design.

Not disappointed with my purchase, received in good condition, I was worried given the negative reviews online. The only complaint is the delivery time was not respected, very very long.

Swing ordered on January 6, received on February 17 despite the delay, the staff responds quickly and correctly to our questions, very nice staff.
Even though the hood of my swing was mounted upside down, they sent me another one.

Hello, I received my package in poor condition and I realized that the electric adapter is missing. I can't use my swing, I called and no one answered for 10 days. .... To be continued!!!

Surely due to the delivery provider but the box arrived torn and open, the material could have come out. The quality of the box is not robust enough apparently. I took a photo at delivery in the relay. The swing I ordered is a gift for a friend, so I won't open it, she will open it. If there is anything damaged besides the box, I will contact you.

A late delivery, a customer service that is deaf to complaints, emails without response, calls without response, voicemail left without callback... a site with good products but customer service below par. If you find a similar product, buy it elsewhere!

Customer service is great

The search for what I wanted on the site was quick. The prices are reasonable. However, there could be an improvement regarding the delivery. Although it was made on time, the package arrived very damaged. And it's with a bit of anxiety that we open the package. Phew, the product is not damaged. But the transport could be a bit more delicate. I don't think the package leaves in bad condition. (At least I hope).

It's a good high chair, nice, easy to assemble but I am still disappointed because the description states that the adapter is included, and given the price I find that a shame.

Paid and complicated delivery. The delivery person did not bother to call us during his first visit and slipped his delivery note under the building's door. But we eventually got our order.

Simple site to use, however the delivery is terrible! I did not receive my package because it was dropped off at a different pickup point than the one I selected, plus I paid 13 euros for delivery within 48/72 hours and I still do not have my package more than 2 weeks after the order. I will not order from this site again and do not recommend it to my friends

I did not receive my package despite my visits to the 3 relay points where they misled me while I was 8 months pregnant. It's really unprofessional. There is no tracking, the support service did not help me. And on the site, it is noted that I received my package, this is unacceptable especially at that price.

Very nice seat, protective shell, very ergonomic but also very heavy to handle even though it doesn't take up much space. Too bad there is only the car seat belt that is used to secure the child and the seat if you don't want to use isofix

Navigation on the site is great, fast and efficient until the package is taken over by 'GLS transport'. Still haven't received the package apparently delivered to another address and worst of all, not notified... I had to call to find out where to find my package... which I might have on Monday. When I needed it this weekend. Very disappointed.

Fast and correct delivery. The stroller clip doesn't hold very well in place. It slips a lot, which is a shame, otherwise it's not bad.

Did not understand the change of pickup point??

Order placed for a stroller and a car seat, estimated delivery 1 month after ordering. I am patiently waiting for my items, two days before delivery I get a call to inform me that there is no more stroller, I maintain my order for the car seat and they refund part of the shipping costs for the inconvenience. Delivery comes via GLS... I choose a pickup point on their site, I get a call on the day to be told that this point has not been part of their list for 6 months, so it needs to be removed... In the end, no delivery point suited me, I had to go pick up the package 20 km from my home at their depot. Well, apart from that all the representatives were very nice but it was a bit of an obstacle course for a car seat.

Disappointed with my order! Delivery via GLS paid €16.90! I was misled over the phone for 4 days for a scheduled delivery that was postponed day by day for 4 days! I requested a refund for the shipping costs, and they replied that they only have a 24-hour delay compared to the maximum delivery time, so no commercial gesture! In short, terrible customer service and not commercial! I will never buy from this site again
