Beautiful product, conforms to the description, not yet used as it is a newborn gift. The only problem is the delivery time which was not respected by the delivery person.

It's a shame that the person did not take my comment into account, I specified that my package should be dropped off at 101 with a neighbor.

The bouncer / cradle seems practical, attractive price but the quality does not seem top (from the point of view of the electrical system), to see over time. The mattress is very thin, I think I will buy another one so that the baby can take his naps comfortably.

Car seat received! My daughter has been in it twice so far but it is great up to now, let's see over time! The only small downside is that the instructions in the manual are not explicit enough for installing the car seat in the car

Satisfactory product. Compliant with the description. However, two small downsides. First, the button under the seat that needs to be pushed to the right for the cradle to move and swing would disengage by itself and return to the left in a fixed position, and the swinging would stop. We reported this to customer service, who quickly sent us a video explaining how to lock the button in the swinging position. And it worked. But in the provided manual, the explanation is not clear. Then a small downside regarding folding, it's quite hard. Otherwise, the cradle is beautiful and seems to be of good quality. Satisfactory overall.
