You received your package on 21/12, which is 1 business day late and not 2 weeks as announced. Box arrived very damaged. The foot of the swing is bent, I had to straighten the foot before fixing the swing and all the other accessories. I bought a swing for 90 EUR that I received damaged. I will never recommend from you again and I advise anyone to buy something on this site. Thank you, best regards.

Order received very quickly, however I will not advertise the carrier GLS who refused to deliver to my home and who, as the last name sounded familiar to him, delivered to my sister's workplace several kilometers from my home. I am pregnant and need to limit my car trips, that's why we chose home delivery. The delivery man categorically refused to deliver to my home when my sister said it was not for you, you are mistaken. He didn't want to hear anything and left the package at her workplace (which could have caused her problems with her bosses). It's shameful. Regarding the transat, nothing to complain about, it matches the description. I am satisfied for now after testing it with Dad while waiting for the baby to arrive.
