-Very fast delivery (ordered Monday evening at 10 PM and received Wednesday morning) but the shipping cost is quite high. Product well packaged. -Product conforms to the description but the colors of the cover and toys are slightly darker on the site than in reality -Simple navigation on the website

Hello. The product is good but the isofix system was blocked. My husband had to disassemble the entire back of the seat to unblock it. And now it’s the system to tilt it that is blocked.

Fast order, fast delivery but a bit complicated because the pickup point refused the package because it was too big. The color I initially ordered was no longer available (should be indicated as unavailable from the start) but otherwise very good customer service and responsive to manage these 2 small hiccups
