A lot of choices, accessible prices. Quick response to questions. Only downside: the relay point has not been working for a year but despite that, I was told I had to go there to pick up my package 🤔 fortunately, the delivery person called me and I was delivered at my workplace!!

I take away one star for the simple reason that it would be more practical to have a phone number to reach you. Otherwise, despite the issue which is also my fault, the service is fast and the shipping even faster. Received in 2 days even if it wasn't the right part.

Received product not as described, the handlebar is pink when it is supposed to be beige, so the color of the handlebar and the barrier in front of the seat is different. I am trying to contact customer service for a return and have received no response.
