Customer reviews of BEBE2LUXE

Arrived within the estimated delivery time and always informed about the status of the package, thank you!

Received product not as described, the handlebar is pink when it is supposed to be beige, so the color of the handlebar and the barrier in front of the seat is different. I am trying to contact customer service for a return and have received no response.

Good site.

Good site.

Good.

Overall good, meets our expectations and a record price especially

Good, but there should be more references

Good

Very good, I might have appreciated more and larger photos of the seat

Good

No problem with the order, but a bit left without information during delivery.

The product is not very well packaged, the box damaged but otherwise the product conforms and works well I am very happy

It's really a nice site! A one-week delay is reasonable :-)

Beautiful site, serious delivery and on time

A great product, I highly recommend it, I am satisfied, the only small downside is that it arrived with a smell, a small scratch on one leg and the baby reducer has a finishing issue that gives a little effect of snagging on the fluff.
Otherwise, I love it, buy it with your eyes closed, the baby will be great and you will save money since it is a 4 in 1.

Good quality product

It is superb, it just needed the back wheels to move it... because it is heavy to carry

Order and delivery very good. The product has just been received, I can't say much about its durability but my 3-month-old daughter stayed in it for 15 minutes with the rocking, she was calmed down

Very good quality/price ratio, very satisfied with my purchase!!
Small downside on the lack of wheels

Available directly in case of problems or questions. No issues, very friendly.

Pretty good

Matches the description. Fast delivery. Very interesting price.

5 stars for the site but a big problem with the delivery. The GLS delivery person did not want to come to our home where we were present and left the package in a bar in another town where we know no one, without informing us and therefore without our consent. The GLS tracking site mentioned that the delivery had been made. The delivery person informed us at 6:30 PM where our package was, and we had to travel several kilometers to retrieve it. Anyone could have taken our purchase. What recourse would we have had in this case? Who signed the receipt with a forgery? The delivery person lied to his company by indicating that the delivery was made. We are very unhappy and hope you will escalate this issue to GLS, which does not keep its commitments. We paid for a service from you that was not honored, which tarnishes our trust in your company and causes you considerable harm. We will not make another purchase from you if it risks this kind of problem with the same delivery person, which could harm us without any recourse...

Interesting products.

Order received very quickly. Product not yet used but I recommend this site.

Nothing to say, delivery on time..

Very good site, order received quickly and very satisfied, I just take away one star for the friendliness and lack of professionalism of the delivery person!

Very good site, just a pity that it doesn't offer more items. I had an issue with straps on my car seat but customer service was very efficient and quick.

Good.

Delivery deadlines not respected!

As promised, the order arrived very quickly and on time. However, it is said that the stroller opens and closes with one hand but this still needs improvement.

Good site with clear information

Very good. Order arrived very quickly

Clear site, simple, well presented.

Very practical.

Easy and pleasant site to browse.

Order shipped the next day. Very good.

Delighted with this purchase, my little one of 5 months was really starting to feel cramped in the cozy... He feels very comfortable in his new seat. Very good value for money. It rotates very easily, reclines sufficiently. Only small downside for securing the baby (the bottom strap may be a bit too low and the side straps fit well but do not 'lock' to secure them at the bottom, but it's just a matter of getting used to :)) I recommend this seat.

Friendly team that responds quickly to requests, quality products, second child seat I buy from them.

Seat well packaged.
