This site offers good products. With good quality/price ratios. The only negative point is that there are not many products. If the delivery and timing were correct

Quality car seat at a fair price. I am satisfied with my purchase. However, big downside on the delivery... First order lost by the courier and second delivery left in my street in plain sight. In short, I recommend Bébé 2luxe but advise against GLS. Customer service is very responsive at Bébé 2luxe

Very happy with this 3-in-1 chair. However, we were not informed of the stock shortage. We had to ask to be notified. Otherwise, nothing to complain about!

I had to go pick up my package myself at a depot, I will never order again

Delighted with my purchase, the seat is top-notch. Small downside, no manual inside and the little key, I called customer service, they were super nice and told me I would receive it by mail. Received but still no key, it's the one that apparently is used for the cover removal.

I have had several problems with the stroller, 1 I did not receive the stroller I ordered, 2 I cannot remove the wheels because they are broken and 3 the mechanism that tilts the stroller broke

Good balance, several functions which is nice, however I had to add a small towel for the baby because when we put him in from birth, it turns out to be a bit too big, but otherwise it's perfect, it fulfills its functions well.

We ordered a car seat on this site. Payment was made by bank transfer. We transferred the money quite quickly after our bank registered the bank details. No email, nothing. A week later, the status of our order was 'waiting for transfer'. First email, we were confirmed that our package would be shipped within 3 days... 1 week and 3 days later, no package. Still 'waiting for transfer'. Second email and quite a comical response: 'we will check tomorrow if we have received your transfer'... Third email (from us of course), 2 days later, they realized that our transfer had been made but there was no more stock... We will have to wait another good month! In short... We finally have our car seat!! We had planned ahead, the baby won't arrive for another month. But not serious at all! And on top of that, liars!
