Hello, thank you for your feedback. You ordered an item deliverable between December 16 and 18 (announced on the product sheet). You received your package on 21/12, which is 1 business day late and not 2 weeks as announced. We apologize for the day of delay but unfortunately, this type of delay is possible during this holiday season, especially during this particular period when the number of packages to be delivered has been significant. Box arrived very damaged. The foot of the swing is bent, I had to straighten the foot before fixing the swing and all the other accessories. I bought a swing for 90 EUR that I received damaged.
