I ordered an item and received the same type of item as a gift the day after my order. Therefore, I no longer needed the one I ordered and seeing no way to cancel the order on the site and without a response from customer service regarding the possibility of modifying my order (restricted opening days and hours), I thought to change the delivery address on the carrier's site to give it as a gift to a loved one. Although the new address is in another department, my request was successfully processed and the package was delivered to the desired new address, which prevented me from wasting my money and allowed me to please a loved one, despite the fact that after changing the address on the carrier's site, bebdeluxe eventually responded negatively to my email, explaining that it was impossible to change the delivery address. Ultimately, the carrier was more professional than the seller's site itself and satisfied me. Therefore, I deduct one star for the little flexibility of bebedeluxe in modifying or canceling an order before the package is sent, especially due to the restriction of customer service call hours which prevents being reactive. On the other hand, for the choice and professionalism of the carrier GLS, I maintain a high rating.

The baby seat is comfortable but not optimal in use. My baby in the lying position, facing backward, is not really lying down and thus had his head falling when he fell asleep. There is no instruction manual provided with the order. The belt to secure the baby is not easy to use, I don't know if it's me who couldn't manage it or the design, but the belt was too tight around my baby's thighs. Why is the belt attachment fixed? I can't really say that I am satisfied, I bought this product following a friend's recommendation who is satisfied, but after taking a 1400 km trip with the seat, it's not the best for my baby.

Very disappointed because the only two toys to hold must be fixed on the arch, which is normal, but this last one must be completely closed on the baby when the baby is inside; whereas it is not necessary to fold everything normally, it would have been wise to just put a clip ring alone. In short, to avoid.

Magnificent product, cradle, deck chair, high chair swing. It's a pity that we can't add a small tray because I'm afraid the baby will be a bit far from the table to eat. We'll see in the future as my princess hasn't arrived yet. Assembly is quite simple to use and my color is superb. The little play arch is perfect. The buttons are a bit hard to change the positions though. To make it even better, add wheels, an adjustable sound for the music, a small removable tray for transitioning to the high chair, and softer buttons to press, and it will be 10 stars out of 5. I'm satisfied with my purchase; I think the baby will be very comfortable in it. Super fast delivery. Thank you!

Beautiful product, conforms to the description, not yet used as it is a newborn gift. The only problem is the delivery time which was not respected by the delivery person.

I received my package quickly but I received the Luna deck chair with a strap defect. The same day I called them and they are sending me a new fabric. Other than that, it's quite difficult to close, but it's pretty.

Delivery was more than mediocre, I have rarely seen such an incompetent carrier, after 10 days I received my package, I was supposed to receive it 2 days after ordering. I am still satisfied with the swing.
