Super fast and well organized delivery!
The product is great, I had previously bought a baby comfort 5x more expensive and honestly this seat has nothing to envy it, on the contrary!
I recommend ++++!

Response from BEBE2LUXE
Hello, Super see you soon at Bebe2luxe.

Ultra fast delivery. Having had the 360 ONE seat, we naturally turned to the group 2/3 seat of the same brand. It seems well made, sturdy, comfortable and fits our daughter's size (tall and very slim). Small downside on the isofix which are not easy to handle. Note that the seat really envelops the child's head, great for safety but our daughter can no longer look out the window. Very good value for money - Much cheaper than competitors and yet just as qualitative, if not better!

Good product except that it is impossible for me to fold the cradle for storage... on top of that no concrete response from you... you replied that there was no malfunction, just that the buttons were normally hard to handle... please contact me to try to resolve this.

Very good, but unfortunately received the wrong color.. Still installed it because it was very urgent. It rubs a lot on the bench when I pivot it, I don't know if it's my installation that's wrong. Too bad there are no videos :)

The product is what I expected, but a small gesture for the shipping costs would not be negligible

Easy to use but be careful, it's very fragile (but for 80€ you can't ask for too much). Regarding delivery and order handling, there is nothing better, honestly, it's very fast, really top-notch, bought on a Sunday, delivered 2 days later.

Order received quickly, very satisfied with the product except for a slight defect that I reported, they offered to change it right away, very responsive customer service, otherwise very good product.

I am disappointed because the rocking mode does not work and it was one of the criteria that motivated my purchase. I exchanged with the service that responds very quickly, I hope to receive a new one that works to leave a new comment. It's a shame because I was so happy to receive it but disappointed when the rocking mode did not work.

Very satisfied with the item especially for the price, works very well, can't wait to use it with the baby inside. The only downside is that you shouldn't lean on it, it remains fragile, but for the first months of the baby, it will be perfect, light and easy to move from one room to another.

Hello. This is a gift for a baby who is not yet born. So I haven't assembled it yet. But otherwise, the site is very good and the delivery is fast. It's a shame that for a certain amount, delivery is not free.

I take away two stars because the delivery service by GLS did not respect the delivery times of 24 to 48 hours! They should change the home delivery method! Not very serious! However, for the swing, impeccable, I am very happy with the product, the music is soft and the swinging is great, thank you luxury baby
