One of the deck chairs I ordered was missing an accessory. And I find it strange that we can't use the deck chairs without plugging them in.

Fast reception, neat package, product exactly as described. Not used yet but tested. Just the music is not great, we'll see later for the rest

Purchase of a swing with 2 positions, honestly I don't find the position change very noticeable, other than that it is very good, GLS carrier not serious at all

Very good site, as well as the product. Corresponds exactly to expectations. However, the delivery from the GLS carrier leaves much to be desired. Received box torn with a week's delay.

The seat is a bit basic: To turn it 360 degrees, there are simply 2 springs without any cover. The biggest issue seems to be the depth of the seat: my 14-month-old son should have a booster in the seat since his bottom is lower than his knees, but there is only a newborn booster provided for babies up to 61cm. The sunshade does not hold and there are no instructions on how to fix it. For a bigger child, it might be suitable, but the seat is very bulky and ultimately not very comfortable for a 14-month-old baby, so I am a bit disappointed.

Very fast delivery received within the week. Between the automatic swing and melody (knowing that there is USB and Bluetooth connection, it's great).

Very interesting swing with several musical options for baby. The rocking is just right, not too strong and not too weak...

Overall, bebe2luxe sent me on time I think, however, lack of protection and the box arrived all torn in one corner like a dent. It cost me 2 deep scratches on the swing.

Very good, my 2-month-old daughter likes it, just a problem with the app on the phone, it doesn't work to be able to do it remotely and put a USB key, otherwise very happy with my purchase.

Very satisfied with my purchase as the product meets what I expected, however a bit disappointed with the order tracking, it's hard to know where the order status is and no delivery date indicated, not enough information to my taste, it's a shame.
