I haven't assembled the item yet but the condition of the package upon arrival leaves much to be desired, the package arrived in a damaged cardboard box, full of dents and tears, fortunately the item was not damaged.

Site rather well done, items conform; I didn't have time to try the stroller with my daughter in it but it is easy to fold and unfold. To see for the sturdiness and practicality.. Delivery day choice respected but not the time (was supposed to be delivered between 9am and 12:30pm and was only received at 2pm). However, satisfied with my order.

With my smartphone, when creating my account, the indicated email address was systematically refused, I had to order from my computer. Received my package today. After unpacking it, I am quite satisfied. But there were small problems when I wanted to test it: I cannot raise the cradle to the maximum position. The mechanism gets stuck at the second notch. Another negative point, I cannot fold the legs. Despite the instructions and several attempts, nothing happened. So it's impossible for me to put it back in its packaging to wait for the arrival of the baby.

Absolutely amazing products, we ordered the 5-in-1 LOUNA and we are fully satisfied.
The only downside is the shipping time of the product is way too long ... my son won't be able to use the cradle mode for very long as we ordered it partly for that.

The site is great but the delivery was catastrophic ...
I paid a huge amount for delivery with only one choice GLC ... paid for home delivery in Corsica ... and they left the package 25km from my home, I find it shameful that I pay for something and I don't get it. The site should consider changing the delivery service.

Fast delivery and on the right date. The stroller is a game changer for me, between folding and fitting in the trunk, it's great and very maneuverable. I'm happy, my only regret is that the rain cover is not included with the stroller.
