One part was broken, fortunately it was just a cover. But the seat was sewn the wrong way. This was much more complicated to fix.

Cradle as expected except for the color, I ordered a beige cradle and received a gray one, I sent a message to report it but I haven't received a response...

Very good, just we imagined being able to put the baby in the swing right after birth but he is still too small.

I am very happy with the chair, my son falls asleep in it all the time. However, I am disappointed because when I ordered, I had clearly selected the gray and black chair and not just the gray one. I received the gray one, and that is the only point that disappoints me, as I find it less beautiful than the other one.

I love the swing and the color too. But the only downside is that I want to fold the legs of the cradle swing, as I am not using it now (the baby is not here yet) but it's impossible, the manual doesn't really explain it.

The product is great! It meets our expectations, except that it lacks a reducer and for the price, that's not normal. The delivery went very quickly and everything was in good condition.

The delivery person postponed the delivery by a day and the package was stained, something that smells like baby lotion must have spilled on the box. I took a photo if needed. Fortunately, the contents of the box are not stained.
