Well-designed site.

Very efficient.

Honestly, I am disappointed because I had chosen the red color and had to wait another 45 days so I preferred to choose another color and this was not announced at the start of my order, I was informed 3 weeks after ordering, however the seat is as I wanted, it seems to be of good quality, we'll see over time and it's easy to install.

Serious site, fast and efficient service.

Only downside is that the user manual is missing.

I am very happy with my purchase of the car seat the one. Very good value for money compared to other brands. Fast delivery and the possibility to choose the delivery day to be sure to be there that day. Only disappointment, the box was damaged so I was afraid the seat was damaged but it wasn't.

Button to operate therefore the swing is blocked as a high chair so I can neither use the swing nor the bouncer, I hope they will quickly send me a new product and recover the one I have at home.

The swing is perfect but the delivery with GLS was very disappointing.

3 in 1 chair is top!!! It arrived on time. Just missing wheels because the chair is really heavy.

And the baby hasn't arrived yet but the product seems quite good.

I ordered a car seat that was supposed to arrive within 48/72 hours. I received several messages telling me every day that the delivery was postponed to the next day... so I received the seat 4 days later than expected. Just 2 days after my order, the price of the seat dropped by €20, so I asked for a commercial gesture specifying that I would have had the seat on the same date but €20 cheaper if I had ordered it 2 days later. Negative response on the grounds that the delivery did not exceed 7 days! Disappointed with the site. Regarding the car seat, the car in which it is installed is among the compatible cars and the surprise, the seat does not touch the car seat! Had to put towels underneath to fill the gap... it's mediocre, I'm not sure that the installation is approved under these conditions... but no commercial discount.

Not great communication on your part as I asked a question by email right after placing my order but I never received a response and then when I received my package I was very surprised to see that there was no cardboard packaging, only the original packaging of the swing so needless to say that the box arrived very damaged so I will be giving a nice swing but with a damaged package, as if it came from a second-hand merchant. So I will not order again and will not recommend anyone to order from you...

No way to contact customer service after ordering. Following an address issue for delivery, my numerous emails received by a robot!? went unanswered! Too bad because the ordered product is satisfactory! I will not order through this site again.

Correct site and delivers quickly

The product is good. Several functions and swinging speeds. Small remote control BUT 'laborious' delivery and especially the box arrived torn +++. Fortunately, the swing seems intact.
